Our focus on real estate development is enhanced by our ability to understand and oversee the design process, as well as our decades of experience constructing buildings. Additionally, we found that our experience in development is an asset to our construction groups by providing a perspective from the clients' point of view.
We recognize that construction is our first priority and therefore we don’t take on a development project that would compete with one of our clients' properties.
