Multiple Locations, West Coast
Our initial project for this client involved transitioning the ground floor of a multi-story parking structure in downtown Portland into a beautiful restaurant. Building within the parking structure made several aspects of the project challenging - particularly the kitchen venting requirements. By working closely with the architect, we were able to creatively redesign the venting. The owners were so pleased with the first project, we negotiated two more Macaroni Grill restaurants, including the building shell and interior build-out.
