Albany, Oregon
Our most recent project at North Albany Village shopping center, this new 7,200 sf medical clinic, included constructing both the shell of the building for the developer, Deacon Development Group, and the tenant build-out for The Corvallis Clinic. With two clients to delight, we were constantly seeking balance between the requirements of the developer and the tenant. In the end, the project was completed with a net of zero change orders for the developer and the tenant opened for business a month ahead of schedule.
