Deacon Corp. demolished and remodeled the 4th floor, and a portion of the 3rd floor, of the Triangle Pointe office building to create a 21,750 sf office space supporting Clear Channel's five FM and two AM stations. In addition to creating 17 sound studios, additional room on the 4th floor serves as a performance studio for visiting recording artist. There is also a kitchen used to cater events and guests performing live in-house concerts.
