We demolished an existing service facility and replaced it with a state of the art two-story metal building with service bays and car washing and detailing area. Working within a tight nine month schedule, it was necessary to implement a design-build approach to the mechanical and electrical systems. During an additional phase, a '60s era showroom was demolished to make way for the dealerships standard two-story metal clad building incorporating Nissan logo elements.
