Newell Overlook Apartments

This 16 building apartment complex provides 125 units of low income housing for the community. In addition to building the apartments, we installed all the sitework and constructed a recreation building for the residents. All of this work was made more challenging by the wet winter weather, steeply sloped site and single-road access in and out of the site.
