Talega Village Center

The architecture of this attractive lifestyle center was designed to complement the Spanish Colonial feel of the master planned community of Talega in South Orange County. The 10-acre site included development of 103,000 sf of retail space, including six wood framed shop buildings and site work for a future Ralph's Fresh Fare Market. Decorative stone pavers, wood trellises, mature palm trees and an enhanced water feature were added to complement the feel of the center that offered a mix of upscale retail stores, including restaurants, specialty shops and personal service tenants.
