Starting with construction of a 124,040 sf office and manufacturing facility for the assembly of light rail vehicles, the complete project included a 95,000 sf prefabricated metal building shop with rail lines, work pits and overhead cranes. In addition, there was a two-story attached office building, on-site underground infrastructure, structural exterior concrete aprons, new rail spur lines and power catenary systems.
