Merchant Hotel Renovation

The charm of this open-air office space in Old Town Portland was retained by refinishing wood floors, wainscoting and window systems while creating new ADA compliant restrooms and egress pathways. The coordination of design and construction allowed usage of the existing HVAC system, reducing costs and maintaining environmental quality.
