Extended Stay America of Bellevue

Construction of this five story hotel required special care due to site limitations. Situated between the freeway and a six-acre wetland, we had a relatively small two acres to work within. Additionally, preservation of the wetland area required extensive erosion control efforts for ecological preservation. Temporary storm water retention ponds were utilized until a permanent 13-ft deep by 187-ft long vault could be installed. The steel building with metal framing and an EIFS exterior was successfully completed on time due to the ingenuity of our team and a good working relationship with the municipality.
