Fremont Mews

This project consisted of the construction of a two-building, 119-unit multi-family housing complex on the former site of a popular community garden space. The three-story buildings were constructed over a concrete podium used for covered parking. The development was designed in the same style as Portland's Pearl District with flat roofs, colorful plaster walls, large windows, exposed framing and many balconies. A successful community relations campaign for the changed use of this site was a key element of the project.
