Providing an elegant and quiet office environment was the top priority for this 4,261 sf tenant improvement. Because of its proximity to a future high volume restaurant kitchen, extreme precautionary measures were taken at the demising wall to ensure zero chance of water or sound infiltration. The tenant improvement was completed on a five week, fast track schedule, mostly at night, to avoid disturbing the adjacent tenants. The high end finishes included design weave carpeting, stainless steel-look cabinetry, new lighting, stained maple doors with side lights, with a new fire-life safety system and supplemental HVAC for the telecom room.
