Redmond, Washington
Construction of this 35,000 sf office building in the heart of Redmond's busy downtown business district included one-level of below grade parking and three stories of office space. The building was constructed of structural steel supporting a masonry veneer exterior. Built in the midst of the redevelopment of the business district, construction was coordinated with multiple projects surrounding the site.
