Cherry Lane Condominiums

Water infiltration resulted in extensive injury to the framing, sheathing and structural components of this 20-building community overlooking Seattle's Lake Washington. The damaged interior and exterior components were repaired or replaced and Hardi-plank siding installed in place of the original vinyl. The cedar decks received a complete overhaul and were re-installed with special attention paid to waterproofing details that will prevent future water intrusion problems with many of the buildings' doors and windows replaced as well. Finally, the entire complex received a fresh coat of paint.
