Streets of Brentwood

Designed as a gathering place, this project began with the construction of seven steel buildings totaling 193,145 sf surrounding a center court and fountain. A wide variety of elaborate and detailed storefront finishes featuring cast stone bases, EIFS accents, fiberglass columns with painted stucco finishes, decorative wood trims and decorative exterior lighting provide points of interest. Individual storefronts are further accentuated and capped off through the application of a variety of roofing systems including domes and cupolas covered with standing seam metal, clay tile, concrete tile and wrought iron railings.
